Relancer la negociation

# ethtool -r eth0 
ou
# mii-tool -r eth0 
On peut vérifier dans le /var/log/messages
# tail -f /var/log/messages

Fixer la vitesse en CLI

Exemple de commandes qui permettent de fixer la vitesse

# mii-tool -F 100baseTx-HD
# mii-tool -F 10baseT-HD
# ethtool -s eth0 speed 100 duplex full
# ethtool -s eth0 speed 10 duplex half
# ethtool -s eth0 autoneg off speed 100 duplex full

Fixer la vitesse pour RedHat

Ajouter le paramètre ETHTOOL_OPTS dans le fichier suivant

# cat /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0
...
ETHTOOL_OPTS="speed 100 duplex full autoneg off"
...
